A public space for creative collaboration. Discover new tools, materials and projects to help you on your own making journey!

From August 2019 we invite you to explore, meet the team and find out how you can get involved in MAKE @ Story Garden.

MAKE embraces the skills and talents of those who live and work in Somers Town and the wider Camden area, to engage with local issues and tackle social challenges. It offers hands-on creative workshops and participatory projects that promote creativity, cooperation and knowledge-sharing; learning together by doing together.

MAKE @ Story Garden is developed and delivered by Central Saint Martins and Somers Town Community Association, in partnership with Camden Council and Lendlease.

MAKE is based in the Story Garden, Global Generation’s newest meanwhile garden, built
for and by the local community. The garden is a green oasis at the British Library in Somers Town, bringing the local community together over food growing, communal meals, shared stories and creative activities.

The Story Garden is a partnership between Global Generation, the British Library, Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan.
